If you receive an item that is not working properly you will need to fill out a form stating what the problem is and we will ship the replacement out to you free of freight charges.
Orders returned for any reason except defective merchandise will not have shipping charges refunded and there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original charge of the order. All claims must be turned in within 30 days of the order. If an item has been damaged through shipping you will need to contact UPS and let them know of the problem. |
