Shipments are sent out by UPS from our warehouse location in Los Angeles, California.

For all orders under $10, there is a small ordering handling fee of $3 added to the total. 
For orders between $10 and $20 a small order handling fee of $2 will be added.
There is no handling fee for orders above $20.

We ship all orders within 2 to 5 business days if at all possible.   Occasionally shortages may occur with products.
If we do not have an item to fill an order we will notify our customer. We will either ship the products we have and then
make a second shipment for the missing items when we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together
to lower shipping charges. Shortages are rare but circumstances may cause them occasionally. There will be longer lead
times for large orders depending on the number of kits ordered. Contact us for information about this.

Delivery transit times on shipments are from 3 to 8 days.  If your order takes longer than 10 days please contact us.

All risk of loss shall pass to buyer upon delivery to carrier [UPS]. Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining insurance
if desired above $100.

Shipments going to Canada may have additional freight charges and possibly customs.  Customer should check with
UPS or other carrier.

If an item is missing from an order you must let us know within 30 days of the order and we will ship the missing item
out without any freight charges. This is rare as it costs us money and we try not to make these kinds of mistakes.

All cancelled orders will be subject to a 2.5% charge for the credit card transaction fee which we incur.
